How to Request Deletion

  1. Send a request from your Peresia-registered email to privacy@peresia.net with subject "Delete my Peresia account."
  2. Include your full name and phone number on the account.
  3. We'll email back to verify ownership. Once verified, we'll delete your account and associated data.

What We Delete (Upon Verified Request)

  1. Profile info (name, photo, services, rates, portfolio)
  2. In-app messages and media that are not needed for open disputes
  3. Device tokens/notification IDs and session data
  4. Marketing preferences & analytics identifiers tied to your account

What We Keep (And Why)

  1. Project records that involve a client (dates, service details, prices, ratings) — retained to protect the client's record, enable receipts/evidence, resolve disputes/chargebacks, and meet accounting/tax/legal obligations.
  2. Minimal audit/security logs — to prevent fraud/abuse and comply with law.
