1. Data Collection & Use

Peresia collects only the information necessary to operate the platform, communicate with users, and provide app updates.

Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties outside of Peresia, except as required to provide services (e.g., payment processing) or as required by law.

2. Payments

All payments are handled securely by Stripe, a leading global payment gateway.

Peresia does not store or process any credit card, debit card, or banking details on its servers.

3. Wallets & Security

Wallet creation and fund storage are powered by Stripe.

Stripe is fully responsible for safeguarding financial data and complies with industry-leading security and compliance standards.

4. Peresia Payment Protection

Clients must upload funds before a task begins.

Funds remain secured until the client confirms the job is completed.

This ensures:

• Clients are protected if a task is not completed.
• Taskers are guaranteed payment once work is confirmed.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following types of jobs, postings, or content are strictly forbidden on Peresia:

• Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit services.
• Drugs, narcotics, or related illegal substances.
• Criminal, fraudulent, or violent activities.
• Weapons, hacking, gambling, or any other unlawful services.

Peresia reserves the right to immediately remove such content and ban violators.

6. Platform Updates & Pricing

Peresia may update or modify its platform features, services, or pricing at any time, with or without prior notice.

Changes will always be made to benefit the Peresia community and improve the service.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Peresia reserves the right to suspend, disable, or permanently ban any user (client or tasker) found violating these Terms, misusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

8. Fraud Prevention & Responsibility

Peresia actively monitors and flags potential fake job postings and fake tasker accounts.

Despite these efforts, fraudulent activity may occur. In such cases, Peresia will take corrective action through the platform but cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages or losses.

Users are responsible for exercising due diligence when engaging with other users.

9. Data Security

Peresia uses industry-standard security practices to protect user data.

While we strive to safeguard all information, no system is completely secure. Users acknowledge and accept this risk when using the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Peresia provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

Peresia is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, or disputes between clients and taskers, beyond the scope of the Peresia Payment Protection system.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Peresia app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
